Shipment is confined to Singapore only. Shipping rates are based on weight and distance, and are calculated at checkout. We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully packed and shipped in a timely manner. However, we are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the shipping carrier.
We do not accept returns on Japanese sake unless the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a return or exchange. We may require photos of the damaged product as proof.
Orders without payment will be cancelled within 1 hour. We do not accept cancellation after shipment. Please reject the order if you cancelled it, so it will be returned to our warehouse.
Refunds will be issued for returned products only if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery. Refunds will not be issued for opened or partially consumed products. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
