Hakutsuru Nishiki is a sake rice that we have bred and developed over a period of more than 10 years.
It has a fruity scent reminiscent of apples and melons, and an aroma like freshly ground rice. It has a mellow sweetness, refreshing acidity, and a full-bodied flavor. In the aftertaste, you can feel the fruitiness and a gentle aroma like bitter chocolate.
