Returns & Cancellations

2. If you need to return or exchange, please contact our customer service staff first and keep the product in its original packaging and condition, without affecting the second sale.

3. For the transportation cost of return or exchange, we will bear the cost caused by product quality problems or company reasons, and customers will bear the transportation cost in other situations.

4. We will verify and inspect the returned product. If we confirm the reason for return or exchange, we will refund or resend the product within 7 days after receiving the returned product.

5. For special products such as customization, promotion, etc., we will indicate the corresponding refund policy in the product details. The return and exchange policy of special products is subject to the instructions in the product details.
